Map and route of Horsey Walk

A pleasant walk on an easy to follow route around Horsey taking in the coast and Horsey Mere. The weather quite pleasant, warm but little sun as might be expected for this summer. The walk skirted the rear of the dunes sheilding the beach. The man running the shop at Horsey Mill reckons seals are already on the beach to the south of Horsey gap. They generally turn up according to the noticeboard at the Horsey car park from November to February. Apart from some very large dragonflies seen at the start of the walk there was no other wildlife seen apart from some Cormorants roosting on the derelict mill halfway around the walk
